Domestic Shipping (Jamaica):

We offer local shipping within Jamaica with a processing time of 1-2 business days.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.
Free shipping is available for orders over $55US or $8,250 (Jamaican Dollars).

International Shipping:

We ship internationally from our location in Jamaica.
International orders typically have a shipping time of 14 business days after processing.
Please note that due to the logistics and cost involved in shipping from our location, we are unable to offer expedited 2-day shipping internationally.
Free shipping is available for orders over $55US or $8250 (Jamaican Dollars).

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday), excluding holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees:

Domestic and International shipping is free for orders over $55US or $8250 (Jamaican Dollars).
- Shipping via Zip Mail is $3.34US or $500 JM for up to 4.55kg with an additional $0.68 for every additional kg.
- Shipping via Knutsford Express is $4.67US or $700JM.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Customs and Import Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to their order. Foryou Skin Bar is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Foryou Skin Bar is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any concerns about lost or damaged packages.
